SITE ACCESS TIMES

From Monday 4th August - Thursday 7th August all exhibitors/contractors must wear an appropriate badge and all vehicles must display a windscreen sticker.

Please note: No exhibitor or windscreen stickers will be issued until appropriate Health & Safety documentation has been returned (this will be issued with confirmation of space).

All exhibitor/contractor vehicular access will be via gates 1, 2 and 3. Exhibitors must ensure that everyone connected with their exhibit/work on site is familiar with this information.

The Showground must be clear of all vehicles (including trailers) by 10:00pm from Monday 7th August. If exhibitors wish to work beyond these times, permission must be sought from the Show Manager by 12 noon on the day concerned.

BUILD UP
MON 4th TO THURS 7th AUGUST

Show Gardens (to be finalised)

Floral Exhibitors: 7:30am–10:00pm 4th – 7th August, 7:30am–5:00pm 7th August (Judging of Floral Exhibits and Show Gardens will commence at 5:00pm. All exhibits must be completed and ready for judging by 5:00pm on 7th August).

All other Exhibitors: 7:30am–10:00pm 4th – 7th August. All Sundries and Craft Exhibitors must have completed their stands by 8:00am on Friday 8th August.

SHOW DAYS
FRI 3rd8th TO SUN 10th AUGUST

Opening Times

Friday & Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm.
Sunday 10:00am to 5:00pm
(Sell-off 4:00pm)

Re-stocking of exhibits may take place between 7:30am and 8:30am on Friday and Saturday 7:30am and 9:30am on Sunday and between 6:30pm and 7:30pm on show days. Exhibitor Vehicles will only be permitted to enter the Showground for re-stocking within these times.

All vehicles must be removed from the Showground by 8:30am on the first two days of the show and 9:30am on the Sunday.

BREAKDOWN
SUN 10th TO MON 11th AUGUST

Breakdown of exhibits will commence when all member of the public have left the Showground. More detailed breakdown arrangements will be issued to exhibitors along with their exhibitor passes.

Exhibitors should note that, whenever possible, it is essential to dismantle exhibits and remove easily portable/valuable possessions as soon as possible after the Show closes as security cannot be guaranteed.
